Horse Games

Horse Games

Did you know when people are not watching horses don't just stand there? After searching the paddocks for the best tasting grass and maybe taking a nap or two, horses love to interact with each other. Sometimes they race each other around the field or play tag. And they love to see who can get their blanket off!

And sometimes, especially when the temp reaches 68 after a week of snow and ice and bone chilling wind, they have a whole different kind of game. I guess it is more of a contest rather then a game.
And the winner is......

TAR

And that is just one side! He is covered from the tips of his ears to the tip of his tail. I tried to offer people 50 bucks to groom him but had no takers. But I cannot blame them, the next morning I spent an hour de-mudding Tar and only got about 50% of the caked on mud off.  Well at least he enjoyed himself!!
